THE FAR NORTH STANDARD IN STRUCTURAL ROOFING

We had the good fortune to be introduced to Troy and his team a few months ago. We have an ongoing resort-style home project underway on acreage in Cairns and needed help with various roofing situations. Troy was able to assist us with these projects. I found his team to be professional, energetic, capable, friendly, and obliging. They clearly enjoy working together with a cheerful banter characterising their workplace, usually on top of various buildings from small projects to much larger complicated rooves. I have always found ROOF-NQ's workmanship to be first class, and found that we align in our philosophies of do it once, do it well and don't cut corners with process and material quality. While there are many problems associated with an owner-build project, at least there's one thing I don't have to micromanage. My roofing components are all in Troy's hands!

Just writing to thank you and your team very much for the work you have done at our home in Yorkeys Knob. The boys were all professional and clearly hard working in very trying circumstances. They showed us empathy toward our situation and treated ourselves and our home with respect. We would have no hesitation recommending you and your team to anyone needing your services.

When our neighbours did their roof, the whole experience from our side was lots of men making lots of noise, swearing at loud decibels, loud bad music, and many trucks, trailers, and cars on our footpath for two weeks. So, when it came to our job, I was somewhat expecting the same. We can say that it is a pleasure having your team at our home. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me and provide updates. Your team are lovely. You work cohesively, quietly, and respectfully with each other. We are suitably impressed.
