We recently engaged Roof-NQ to complete a full roof replacement for our body corporate in Port Douglas, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The Body Corporate of Argyle Gardens engaged Roof-NQ through a competitive quotation process to supply and install new roofing across 11 units, spanning three separate buildings within the complex. Roof-NQ submitted a strong proposal supported by documentation demonstrating their experience in commercial construction and familiarity with Government grant programs. The Argyle Gardens Onsite Manager served as the primary communication link between Roof-NQ and the Body Corporate Committee. Roof-NQ maintained effective coordination with the scaffolding subcontractor, arranging early site inspections and establishing suitable laydown areas for equipment and materials. Throughout the project, which ran from June to September 2025, Roof-NQ maintained consistent and clear communication. They demonstrated professionalism and diligence in their site attendance and work practices, and ensured thorough site clean-up at the conclusion of each day. Argyle Gardens is very pleased with the completed works, including new roofs, flashings, and gutters.
